How Do I Place An Order?
Orders can be placed online and in store for school uniform and teamwear. For all other orders such as work wear and printing, please email, call or come into store for your free quote and fast turn around!
Payment & Shipping
All orders will be shipped via Royal mail if delivery is selected. Alternatively, orders can be collected from store. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery from when the order is dispatched. We aim to collate and dispatch online orders within 48 hours (stocks permitting). If collect from store option is chosen, you will be notified by email or text when the order is ready to be collected.
Returns & Refunds
All items can be returned within 14 days of purchasing, providing that they are in their original condition and are not personalised. An exchange or refund will be provided onto the original payment method. Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange any items which have been personalised with names/initials unless the items are faulty, therefore we would advise trying on sizes in store before ordering if unsure.
Offers are subject to availability, and only applicable to the terms stated in the advert. All school uniform offers are online only, and the code must be applied during checkout. Any returns/refunds will be at the discounted price. A reminder that personalised school uniform CANNOT be returned.
